APHC provides medication administration, Administers IV medications, injections, provides tube feedings, wound care, catheters, lab work, health assessments, and oversees your care.

Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide

 

APHC assists patients with Activities of Daily Living, which include but are not limited to: eating, bathing/dressing, grooming, oral care, ambulating, turning/repositioning, transfers, preventative care related to pressure ulcers, light housekeeping/meal prep, and managing bedside safety.
